This Time Operated IED training aid is a mechanical timer switch circuit attached to inert explosives inside a rolled commercial off the shelf newspaper. This functional device will test and validate operational tactics, techniques, and procedures of military and civilian operators alike. The output of the device will function all training aid penalties or IE RF transmitters.
