This kit provides bomb technicians with a targeted set of 6 non-flying fixed-wing drone surrogates representing the autonomous and hybrid UAS platforms most likely encountered in urban operational environments. The VTOL-capable hybrid fixed-wing platforms demonstrate the emerging class of runway-independent UAS that can launch from confined spaces — rooftops, alleys, vehicle beds — and transition to efficient fixed-wing flight for persistent ISR. All platforms are static training aids, not configured for flight.
