Total Bomb Shop Tier I — Bench Kit

A complete electronics workbench for the bomb shop, built as the follow-on to the Improvised Electronics EOD Electronics course. Your techs learned to build and interrogate IED electronics in class. This is the bench that lets them keep doing it at home station.

The kit is fully self-contained. A shop that owns nothing can open the boxes and start building the same circuits taught in the course on day one.

Soldering

• Temperature-controlled ESD-safe soldering station with tip assortment
• Leaded rosin-core solder, desoldering braid, no-clean flux pen and paste

• 22 and 24 AWG stranded and solid hookup wire, six colors
• Heat shrink assortment and heat gun
• Ratcheting crimper with terminal assortment; Dupont and JST connector kit with crimp tool

• Through-hole passives, 555 timers, op-amps, logic, transistors and logic-level MOSFETs
• Relay assortment and a six-type switch assortment including microswitch, tilt, pressure, and magnetic reed
