IE-ECMFC-1 ECM Function Check System

The IE-ECMFC-1 is a portable RF monitoring system that provides real-time pass/fail verification of man-portable Electronic Countermeasure (ECM) systems. It confirms whether an ECM device is actively transmitting across its programmed frequency bands — giving operators immediate confidence that their jammer is working before and during operations.

Purpose-built for military EOD, public safety bomb squads, and tactical teams operating man-portable ECM.

How It Works
  1. Power on the unit and select an ECM profile
  2. Capture a 10-second ambient baseline with the ECM system OFF
  3. Power on the ECM system
  4. The display and LED panel immediately show PASS or FAIL for each frequency band
  5. Continuous monitoring with ~1-second full-spectrum refresh

PASS = detected energy exceeds baseline + configurable threshold per band. FAIL = no significant energy above baseline. Overall status: ALL PASS / PARTIAL / FAIL with audible alert on state change.

  • A calibrated measurement instrument (not a spectrum analyzer replacement)
  • An ECM or jamming system (receive-only — does not transmit)
  • A signals intelligence or intercept platform
